Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Poshmaa Farms, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality and authentic dairy products. However, in the rare event of an issue with your order, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

1. Wrong Product Delivered

If an incorrect product has been delivered, please share a clear photograph of the package within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at Poshmaafarms@gmail.com with the subject line “Wrong Product”.
Upon verification, your correct order will be dispatched within 48 hours, and we will arrange a pickup of the incorrect item from your doorstep.

2. Damaged Product

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please email a photograph of the damaged package within 24 hours of receipt to Poshmaafarms@gmail.com with the subject line “Damaged Package”.
Once reviewed, a replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your email.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund, except in exceptional cases approved by our team.

  • Items returned without proper packaging or protection, resulting in damage during transit, may not qualify for a full refund or replacement.

  • The shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer.

  • We recommend returning items via insured parcel post with tracking, as Poshmaa Farms is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our packing department for processing.
To cancel your order, please send an email with the subject line “Cancellation” to Poshmaafarms@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
