Where Poshmaa Begins ?

Our journey begins at Govind Gau Sadan, Pt. Purushottam Lal Krishi Farm, Shahjahanpur.

This is not an industrial dairy built for mass production. It is a farm rooted in patience, care, and respect for Indian dairy practices. The cows here are indigenous Indian breeds, including Gir and Sahiwal, known for naturally producing A2 milk.

At Poshmaa, purity begins here — with known cows, careful sourcing, and a process that is not changed for convenience.

Why We Chose The Bilona Method ?

Our A2 cow ghee is made using the traditional Bilona method.

Fresh A2 milk is first set into curd. The curd is then hand-churned to extract butter, and that butter is slowly cooked into golden, aromatic ghee.

This method takes more time and gives a smaller yield compared to faster cream-based methods. But that is exactly why we chose it.

The Bilona method gives Poshmaa ghee its rich desi aroma, natural grainy texture, and the taste many families remember from homemade ghee.

Tested Because Purity Matters

Every batch of Poshmaa ghee is tested at FARE Labs, Gurugram, an NABL-accredited laboratory.

For us, NABL testing is not just a checkbox. It is part of our commitment to transparency. If we say our ghee is pure A2 Bilona ghee, that promise should be backed by proper testing.
